These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Noorish app (app.getnoorish.com) and website (getnoorish.com), operated by Natalia Morozova, trading as Noorish, 241 rue de Bercy, 75012 Paris, France ("Noorish", "we", "us", "our").
By creating an account or using Noorish, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. What Noorish Is — and Is Not
Noorish is a personal gut health tool. It helps you track symptoms, organise your health history, and receive a personalised action plan based on the information you provide.
Noorish is not a medical service. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nothing on Noorish — including your action plan — constitutes medical advice, and nothing should be interpreted as a recommendation to start, stop, or change any medication, supplement, or treatment.
If you have a medical condition or are unsure whether a suggestion is appropriate for you, consult a qualified healthcare professional before acting on anything you read in the app.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Noorish. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older. We do not knowingly provide services to anyone under 18. If we discover a user is under 18, we will close the account immediately.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at support@noorish.ai.
You can delete your account at any time from within the app settings. On deletion, your personal data is removed within 30 days, except for payment records which we are legally required to retain for 7 years.
4. The Service Tiers
Noorish offers three tiers:

The action plan (Standard and Expert)
When you purchase a Standard or Expert plan, Noorish uses the health information you have entered — symptoms, food diary, lifestyle factors, supplement history — to generate a personalised, structured plan with suggested next steps for your gut health journey.
The action plan is informational only. It is not a diagnosis, a treatment protocol, or medical advice.
The Expert tier
The Expert tier includes review of your AI-generated action plan by a registered nutritionist. The nutritionist validates the plan and may add notes or adjustments based on their professional judgement. This does not constitute a consultation, an ongoing relationship, or medical advice. The nutritionist is acting in a reviewing capacity only.
How plans are delivered
Your action plan will be available inside your Noorish account, and you will receive an email notification when it is ready. Plans are typically delivered within 3 to 4 days of purchase, provided you have entered sufficient information. The Expert tier may take slightly longer depending on nutritionist availability.
If your account lacks sufficient health data at the time of purchase, we may contact you to request more information, which may affect delivery time.
What plans are not
Action plans do not guarantee any specific health outcome. Results vary depending on individual circumstances. Noorish makes no representations that following a plan will resolve, improve, or cure any symptom or condition.
5. Payment
Current pricing is set out in Section 4. All prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes. Prices may change in the future; any change will be communicated before it takes effect.
Payment is processed securely by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your card details. By purchasing, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
6. Refund Policy
We stand behind the quality of our action plans. If you are not satisfied with your action plan for any reason, contact us at support@noorish.ai within 30 days of receiving it and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
To request a refund, email us with the subject line "Refund request" from the email address associated with your account.
Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days and returned to the original payment method.
7. Your Content and Data
You retain ownership of any information you enter into Noorish (symptoms, notes, food logs, etc.). By entering this information, you grant us a limited licence to process it for the purpose of providing the service — specifically, to generate your action plan and display your data back to you.
We do not sell your data. We do not use your health data to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use Noorish for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy any part of the app
- Upload or enter false, misleading, or harmful content
- Use the service on behalf of someone else without their knowledge and consent
- Attempt to circumvent any security measure or access controls
9. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, and materials on Noorish — including action plan templates, interface design, and written content — are the property of Natalia Morozova, trading as Noorish, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Noorish content without our written permission.
Your action plan is generated for your personal use only and may not be resold or redistributed.
10. Availability and Changes
We aim to keep Noorish available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may carry out maintenance, updates, or changes to the service at any time.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or in-app notification. Continued use of Noorish after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or are using the service in a way that is harmful, fraudulent, or unlawful.
If we suspend your account without cause, we will issue a refund for any unused purchases.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Noorish is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
- We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that results will be accurate or complete
- We are not liable for any health outcomes, decisions, or actions taken based on content generated by Noorish
- Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Noorish will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
If you are an EU consumer, you also have the right to use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
